How do I know if I am fit enough for this tour?
Generally we have three levels on Epico: Easy, Medium and Hard to define the level of intensity of the rides on a given tour.
Easy: you can ride on flats and moderate hills for some 1-2 hours without stopping with some speed that makes sense.
Medium: you are a cyclist with at least 1 full season behind and you are capable to cover up to 80-100 km in a day and you can climb hills with moderate gradients and length of the climb.
Hard: you are an experienced rider with at least 2 full seasons behind and you are capable to ride 100-150km a day and you can climb some of the hardest climbs, long and steep.
