What is epico COVID-19 booking and cancellation policies?

At the moment, epico has a special booking and cancellation policy in place due to the COVID-19 situation.

BOOKING.

We do not take any money from our client until just 30 days before the trip to ensure that the trip is feasible. This means, that you are pre-booking your trip without any payment until everything is 100% confirmed and the trip is guaranteed to go ahead. How awesome is that?

CANCELING.

If you have paid for the tour but you are not able to travel due to COVID-19 restrictions or issues arising from the pandemic, we will cancel the trip and give your money back. Alternatively, we will move your trip to another location and future date.

If you would like to cancel for personal reasons unrelated to the COVID-19 pandemic less then 30 days before the departure but more than 14 days before the start of the tour, we will move your trip to a later date or give you a voucher for the entire value of the trip.

If you want to cancel for personal reasons unrelated to the COVID-19 pandemic in less than 14 days before the tour departure, we will give you a voucher for 50% of the tours value or, if feasible, move your trip to a future date.
