What’s epico COVID-19 booking and cancellation policies?
At the moment, epico has special booking and cancellation policy in place due to COVID-19 situation.
We do not take any money from our client before just 30 days before the trip to ensure that the trip is feasible. That means, that you are pre-booking your trip without any payment, it’s that awesome.

In case you have no paid yet and you know you cannot travel, then send us a note as soon as possible and we will either cancel you pre-booking or hero you choose another tour or tour dates.
In case you have paid for the tour but you cannot travel due to any COVID-19 restrictions or issues arising from the pandemic, we will cancel the trip and give your money back.
In case you want to cancel for personal reasons unrelated to COVID-19 pandemic less then 30 days before the departure but more than 14 days, we will move your trip to a later date or give you a voucher.
In case you want to cancel for personal reasons unrelated to COVID-19 pandemic in less than 14 days before the departure, we will move your trip if that’s feasible or give you a voucher for 50% of the tours value.
