What’s epico COVID-19 booking and cancellation policies?
At the moment, epico has special booking and cancellation policy in place due to COVID-19 situation.
We do not take any money from our client before just 30 days before the trip to ensure that the trip is feasible. That means, that you are pre-booking your trip without any payment, it’s that awesome.

In case you have paid for the tour but you cannot travel due to any COVID-19 restrictions or issues arising from the pandemic, we will cancel the trip and give your money back or we will move your trip to another location and dates.
In case you want to cancel for personal reasons unrelated to COVID-19 pandemic less then 30 days before the departure but more than 14 days, we will move your trip to a later date or give you a voucher for the entire value of the trip.
In case you want to cancel for personal reasons unrelated to COVID-19 pandemic in less than 14 days before the departure, we will move your trip if that’s feasible or give you a voucher for 50% of the tours value.
