RIDE AND WATCH THE LA VUELTA A ESPANA PROS
This La Vuelta Bike Camp in Murcia offers a great opportunity to explore the best of the Murcia region while watching 3 stages of the Vuelta race as a roadside spectator. In recent years, Spain’s premier professional race has visited the area on many occasions and this year is no exception with the stages coming to the regions of Costa Blanca & Murcia.
The region offers varied terrain including coastal roads, flat countryside, and challenging mountains – this includes the Sierra Espuña Natural Park climb (1550m). There is plenty of opportunity for riders to absorb local Spanish culture whilst on the bike or enjoying the obligatory cafe stops along the way.
And of course, Spain’s average of 300+ days of sunshine a year helps make for epic cycling holiday experiences.
