CHALLENGING RIDES FUELLED WITH RAW SCENERY
A unique ride through some of the most dramatic landscapes in Europe. These volcanic islands will definitely not disappoint. Discover and explore one of the quieter Canary Islands and ride on perfect and empty roads.
Lanzarote suffered a series of eruptions in the 18th century and as a result, has some fascinating volcano and lava scenery. The architectural works of César Manrique form a valuable complement to the volcanic environment and are a must-see while here. The benign climate, neither hot in summer nor cold in winter, means that cycling is possible all year round.
This tour runs as a custom group tour, put together on the dates you wish to travel to Mallorca. Simply tell us how many people, if you need any gear and the dates. We will make the necessary arrangements for your epic trip.

Highlights of your trip
Self-guided tours are great for the more independent rider. All luggage is transported to the next hotel by a support car which allows you to go at your own pace and just enjoy the ride. Even though the tour is self-guided, there is still a support team available if needed for any emergencies, route guidance, or advice.
Enjoy a variety of accommodation along the tour, all of a comfortable 3/4 star standard with en-suites and breakfast at every stop. From unique and rural, to larger hotels with pools and facilities, you won't be disappointed.
EXPERIENCE A VOLCANIC TERRAIN
Lanzarote offers a unique terrain for cyclists. The volcanic landscape is like being on the moon with perfect tarmac roads weaving over the island. Take in the barrenness. Cycle your worries away on this rugged island.
LANZAROTE - SPAIN
Lanzarote is often compared to the moon and it's no wonder why. The barren and rugged landscape is raw, covered in volcanic rocks and lava flow valleys. Unlike other Canary Islands' like Tenerife, Lanzarote has less height in the mountains but that doesn't mean there aren't any challenging climbs to take on. The large, winding tarmac roads are smooth and never-ending on this unique island. Cycling Lanzarote is ideal for anyone looking for something slightly off the norm.
All year cycling at it's best - that's what makes Lanzarote an exiting cycling destination. Avoid summer months if you are too sensitive to heat or if you not in the mood of getting up early for the ride. But stick around for the rest of the year to have mild sun, little rain and comfortable weather.
Rocky, rugged, raw. Lanzarote's terrain is unique like no other. It's almost as if you are cycling across the moon. The volcanic landscape offers a different side to Spain and the Canary Islands.
The Canary Islands have a vibrant and lively culture just like the mainland. Embrace the fiestas and the siestas. Dance to the passionate music and indulge in the rich flavours of Lanzarote. Make sure you sample the seafood - it doesn't get any fresher than here.
